This is precisely where I come in as a systemic and agile organisational developer.
I provide communication training, support leadership and team development, and facilitate workshops on strategy, culture and values. My approach: bringing people together in conversation, promoting exchange on an equal footing, enabling constructive feedback. This creates trust – and space for teams to grow.
In doing so, I see time and again that communication is the key to breaking down barriers, overcoming challenges and unlocking potential. With inspiration, methods and experience, I empower people in organisations to become experts in their own communicative strengths.

Communications
I have been involved in various communication projects for over 20 years. Time and again, it has become clear that the better the team spirit and internal communications, the stronger the external impact.
That is precisely why I am an expert in communications.
The first step is to clarify what really needs to be said – and why. To do this, I engage in detailed discussions with my clients, sometimes in kick-off workshops, sometimes in face-to-face meetings. My experience from working in agencies and as a freelancer has shown me: asking the right questions brings clarity. On this basis, I help to define goals, sharpen messages and find the right wording. So that your topics resonate where it counts.
Building on this, I develop strategies and concepts, recommend measures and implement them – from change stories and formats for internal communications to classic press relations, social media content and crisis communication. I also design and moderate (online) PR events.
In short: I give your messages the right words – so they hit home.
